We got her!

Our new gitarist is Haylee, from provo. She has been playing for about 11 years,has an amazing voice, and is gorgious , the best part.... she is so much fun to hang out with her personality meshes so well. ITS ABOUT TIME!!!!!!!
she has done 2 gigs with us and added so much. greatfull she is with us and even moor that she puts up with our crazy shanagins.

EXCITED FOR NEW GUITARIST!!!!!

Lauren made an awsome flyer and we have advertized in a few places for try outs that are going to be held on Sat March 14 2009 from 3-6. Elementary School Tour '09!!!

We totally rocked out this week at Orchard Elementary and Lindon Elementary! We put on a children's show for their kids and had a blast! They really got into it, too. Kids are the best audience!

Camp He Ho Ha, here we come!

Bittersweet just got invited to participate in a Bluegrass Workshop in Canada! We'll play a short set the first night we're there and then lead classes to teach beginner/intermediate bluegrass players for the weekend. I'm so excited to get involved with young musicians and the trip to Canada (my first trip across the border) will really rock my world! I talked to Ron Mercer, the man in charge, last night a gave him a definate 'yes.' I also learned a few more things about the workshop that are very fun! They get all sorts of instructors to help lead groups and there will be a master fiddler that I'm stoked about meeting and learning from. We also talked about what groups we'd all lead and I get to do a fiddle class! What fun!
